(ORAL) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that due to typographical error, he could not mention previous criminal history of the petitioner and he wants to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file a fresh petition after mentioning the criminal history of the petitioner.

Given above, the present petition is disposed of having been withdrawn with liberty aforesaid.

It is clarified that in case the petitioner files a fresh petition, he shall annex the photocopies of all bail orders of the petitioner.
