(Oral) The present petition has been filed for seeking directions to respondents No.1 to 3 to get the inquiry conducted in complaint dated 15.12.2022, pending with respondent No.3, submitted by the petitioner against the private respondents and to take legal action against them. 2.

After arguing the matter at some length, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks withdrawal of the present petition with liberty to avail alternative remedies as are available to the petitioner in accordance with law.

In view of the above, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as aforesaid.
