The present petition has been filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in FIR No.124 dated 28.05.2023 registered under Sections 307, 379 and 34 IPC, at Police Station Sadar Mansa, District Mansa.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel on instructions submits that the petitioner is ready to surrender before the trial Court and prays that her bail application be ordered to be decided in a time bound manner.
