This petition is filed for declaring oral directions of respondent Nos.2 and 3 informing that the State of Punjab has now decided not to renew the permission granted earlier to the petitioner-company for marketing its products in the State of Punjab in public interest and has also directed to withdraw all its material from the market with immediate effect, otherwise action would be initiated against it. The petitioner is aggrieved against the impugned action of the respondent-State in interfering in marketing and selling of its Bio product named BIOZYME and for not renewing the sale permission granted earlier vide Annexure P-4.

After notice, the respondents have put in appearance and submitted that the present case may be disposed of in terms of the directions contained in the aforesaid decision rendered in M/s Biostadt India Ltd.'s case (supra).

Accordingly, the present petition is hereby disposed of in terms of the directions contained in the decision rendered by this Court in M/s Biostadt India Ltd.'s case (supra).
