(ORAL) Learned State counsel has filed a short reply on behalf of respondent No. 3, which is taken on record. It shows that the Director Secondary Education, Haryana, has passed an order, dated 22.08.2017 (Annexure R-1), vide which the charge of Drawing and Disbursing Officer of GHS Shikrawa, has been handed over to Shri Jiwan Lal, PGT, Government Senior Secondary School, Jehtana, who is senior to the petitioner. That being so, counsel for the parties submit that the petition is rendered infructuous and the same be disposed of as such but with liberty to the petitioner, if he is still aggrieved on account of assignment of charge to Shri Jiwan Lal, to resort to necessary measures as admissible in law.
