Learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submits that after filing of the representation, the petitioner has already been reinstated in service in the month of July, 2025 and the only issue pending is with regard to grant of salary from 04.02.2025 to 31.07.2025. 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions from the petitioner, submits that he will be satisfied if petitioner is permitted to file a representation before the respondent-University for grant of salary for the abovesaid period and a direction may be issued to the respondent-University to decide the same in a time-bound manner.
