Present petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, inter alia, for issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari to quash the impugned order dated 19.06.2016 (P-4), and subsequent action thereupon qua respondent Nos. 5 & 6.

Learned counsel, on instructions from petitioner, wishes to withdraw the present petition with liberty to approach the respondent(s). Ordered accordingly.

It is clarified that in case a representation is made within one week from today, same shall be considered sympathetically within next two weeks in accordance with law.
