By way of present petition filed under Section 528 of the BNSS, 2023, petitioners herein are seeking quashing of order dated 18.04.2026 (Annexure P-4), passed by learned JMIC, Kharar, in case NACT No.76 of 2025, CNR No.PBSAA10012672025, registered on 13.03.2025, vide which, petitioners have been directed to deposit the amount equivalent to 20% of the cheque amount.

In the present case, on 15.05.2026, following order was passed:- "

Counsel for the petitioners needs some time to find out as to when application under Section 143-A of Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881, was moved by the respondent(s)/complainant(s).

List again on 25.05.2026."

Today, at the outset, learned counsel for the petitioners prays that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition with liberty to avail the alternative remedy by filing an appropriate revision petition before the Revisional Court, i.e., the Court of Sessions, at the first instance.
