Learned counsel appearing for respondent No.6 refers to the order dated 25.08.2022 and reads thus:

"Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks time to have instructions as to whether petitioners have undergone the practical driving/conductor test held by the respondents or not? Posted on 09.11.2022."

In the wake of above, he submits that in case the petitioners have not participated or have not undergone the test, no right accrues in their favour. 4.
