Learned counsel for the applicant(s) submits that he does not wish to press the present applications and wishes to withdraw the same with liberty to raise all the arguments, before the learned trial Court at an appropriate stage.

The petitioner has filed the present petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure with a prayer to direct the respondent No.6 to produce Virender Kumar, husband of the petitioner before the doctors at PGIMER, Chandigarh for his medico-legal examination by a Board of Directors. A further prayer has been made to pass appropriate orders to indict respondents No.4 to 6 for violating the orders passed by the Judicial Magistrate First Class, Dera Bassi.

On the other hand, Mr. Deepinder Brar, Sr. DAG, Punjab has appeared on behalf of the officials respondents and submits that Virender Kumar, husband of petitioner has already been granted the concession of regular bail by the Competent Court of Law and he is residing with the petitioner. With regard to the second relief, learned State counsel submits that the petitioner has already availed his alternative remedies by moving appropriate application before the Court of Judicial Magistrate First Class, Dera Bassi.

At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner does not wish to press the present petition and wishes to withdraw the same, with liberty to raise all the pleas available to him, at an appropriate stage before the Court of Judicial Magistrate First Class, Dera Bassi/trial Court. 4.
