Prayer in the instant petition filed under Section 438 Cr.PC is for grant of anticipatory bail in case FIR No.147 dated 18.02.2019 registered under Sections 498-A, 406, 506, 323, 328 and 34 IPC at Police Station Nuh, District Nuh.

Learned counsel for the petitioners contends that the petitioners, who are parents-in-law of the complainant, have been falsely implicated in the instant case and no specific allegations have been levelled against them.

Learned State counsel while opposing the bail application submits that not only are there serious allegations against the petitioners and other members of the family but the MLR of the complainant also reveals that the complainant had received injuries at the hands of the petitioners and other accused coupled with the FSL report in which poison was detected.
