Today, at the very outset, learned counsel for the appellant submitted that he may be permitted to withdraw the instant appeal with liberty to move afresh to the Trial Court concerned for grant of bail particularly since there has been some change in circumstances.

In view of the aforesaid submission, the instant appeal is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid.

It is, however, directed that in case any fresh application seeking grant of bail is filed by the appellant before the Trial Court, learned Trial Court concerned shall endeavour to dispose of the same expeditiously preferably within a period of 2 weeks from filing of such application.
