Mr. Shubham Saroha, Advocate for the petitioner. ***** KIRTI SINGH, J.(Oral) This petition has been filed to issue a writ in the nature of Mandamus directing the respondents to grant 21 days parole from 01.07.2024 to 21.07.2024 to attend the marriage of his niece fixed for 11.07.2024 by deciding the representation 31.05.2024 (Annexure P-1) moved by the son of the petitioner before the competent authorityrespondent No.3. 2.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would be satisfied if a time bound direction is given to the competent authority (respondent No.3) to look into the matter and his representation (Annexure P-1) is decided in a time bound manner. 3.
