Learned counsel for the petitioner argued that he was granted interim bail vide order dated 04.07.2024 and he has already joined the investigation. He was not named in the FIR. Even as per the status report, present petitioner has joined the investigation on 16.08.2024. He is still ready to abide by the orders of this Court. Therefore, interim bail granted in his favour may be confirmed.

Status report is filed. It is confirmed that main allegations is against co-accused Dinesh who fired gun shot. Name of present petitioner cropped up during investigation and in the disclosure statement of coaccused. It is confirmed that present petitioner has joined investigation and he is not required for any other purpose.

Considering the status report, no purpose would be served by sending petitioner behind the bars. As per Investigating Agency, he has joined investigation and fully cooperated. Therefore, without going on merits, ad interim bail already granted vide order dated 04.07.2024 stands confirmed subject to the conditions enshrined under Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C.
