The petitioner, on attaining the age of superannuation, retired on 31.03.2020. He prays for the issuance of the writ of mandamus directing the respondents to count his service w.e.f. 05.11.1982 instead of 06.02.1990. In fact, the petitioner's claim was rejected by a specific order passed on 10.06.2015, whereas the writ petition has been filed in the month of July 2022. He also challenges the communication dated 07.02.2022 whereby his request for inclusion of his name in the seniority list has been rejected. 2.
As already noticed, this writ petition was filed in the month of July, 2022, whereas, the impugned order was passed on 10.06.2015. Moreover, the respondents, while filing the reply, have asserted that the petitioner was reappointed on 23.04.1990. The petitioner has failed to disclose the terms of his re-appointment.
