***** ARCHANA PURI, J. (Oral) At this stage, counsel for the respondent submits that respondent undertakes to withdraw the petition under Section 9 of Hindu Marriage Act, pending before learned Trial Court. However, the counsel submits that the request for withdrawal of the said petition was not made, on account of the stay having been granted by this court. In view of the same, the respondent is at liberty to file an application, before learned trial Court, with regard to the withdrawal of the petition under Section 9 of Hindu Marriage Act on the next date of hearing i.e. 04.10.2025.

In view of the undertaking so given by the counsel for the respondent, counsel for the applicant submits that he does not want to pursue Sonu 2025.09.12 08:51 I agree to specified portions of this document P&HHC

TA-720-2025 with the transfer application and the same be dismissed as withdrawn. Ordered accordingly.

However, the respondent shall bound by the statement so given by his counsel today.
