CM-11318-CWP-2016:

Written statement filed on behalf of respondent Nos. 5 and 6 is taken on record.

Civil miscellaneous application stands disposed of. CWP-17799-2014:

Learned counsel for the employer says that the experience certificate of respondent No. 4 has not been found genuine, vide report [Annexure R-5/4 (Page 11 of the written statement)], however, approval of Prashant Kapoor 2016.09.17 12:34 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document

CWP-17799-2014 (O&M) MDU-respondent No. 3 is pending to pass a final order qua appointment of respondent No.4. On receipt of approval of the MDU, the petitioner will be appointed in place of respondent No. 4. For completing this exercise, some time is required by respondent Nos. 5 and 6.

It has been brought to the notice of the Court that respondent No. 4 had approached this Court by way of CWP-5798-2014, which was withdrawn by her and, therefore, she has succumbed to her experience as not valid for seeking appointment in the college. In these circumstances, nothing remains to be decided or determined by this Court. This writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent-college to appoint the petitioner on receipt of approval of the MDU. Third respondent-MDU is directed to pass final orders within 30 days of receipt of a certified copy of this order, which will pave the way for appointment of the petitioner.
