The present appeal pertains to the year 2009. As per the office report it is a fully burnt case and despite best efforts the file could not be reconstructed. Though a copy of the award is statedly supplied by Mr. Lalit K. Gupta, Advocate, counsel for the appellant, but a perusal of the same shows that most of the pages thereof are not legible. Today none has put in appearance on behalf of the appellant. In view thereof, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present appeal for non-prosecution. 2.

Dismissed for non-prosecution with liberty to revive in case anything survives. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
