*** Petitioner Kamal Singh, who was initially appointed as a lecturer in commerce with the respondents is said to have retired from service on 31.7.2016 from the post of Principal, Government Senior Secondary School, Sundresh, District Narnaul, Mahendergarh. According to the petitioner he was granted Ist ACP w.e.f. 1.1.2006 and 2nd ACP on 1.8.2010. Thereafter, he was not granted benefit of 3rd ACP despite the fact that his case was sent through proper channel to respondent No. 3 which has been forwarded to respondent No. 2. The matter has not been finalized so far. The petitioner had served a legal notice dated 4.11.2020 upon respondents No. 1 to 3, copy of which is Annexure P-13 but to no effect, as such he has filed the present writ petition.

To enable the respondents to consider the grievances of the petitioner so as to avoid unnecessary litigation, the present petition is disposed of directing respondents No. 2 and 3 to consider the legal notice (Annexure P-13) within a period of two months from the date of receipt of PARVINDER SINGH 2022.08.

CWP No. 17959 of 2022 copy of the order and if some action in the matter is warranted then the needful be done in accordance with law. A speaking order in that regard be passed, which be conveyed to the petitioner. If the petitioner feels dissatisfied after passing of the order then he may seek legal remedy in accordance with law.
