******* SURINDER GUPTA, J.(Oral) Learned counsel for petitioners submits that in the civil litigation with Gurdev Singh and others, the petitioners are being threatened by the private respondents. A representation was moved to the Senior Superintendent of Police, Ferozepur to protect life and liberty of the petitioners but no action has been taken.

Without expressing any opinion on merits of the case, this petition is disposed of with direction to Senior Superintendent of Police, Ferozepur to look into the aspect of threat to the life and liberty of petitioners from the hands of private respondents, verify the same and take appropriate action in accordance with law.
