This is a petition seeking quashing of FIR No.168 dated 13.11.2017 registered under Sections 307/341/34 IPC at Police Station Gharinda, District Amritsar Rural and all consequential proceedings arising therefrom on the basis of compromise dated 07.03.2019 (Annexure P.2) arrived at between the parties qua the petitioners. After investigation of the case, cancellation report has been prepared and presented to the Court.

In view of the above, learned counsel for the petitioners wishes to withdraw the present petition at this stage. Disposed of accordingly.
