*** AJAY TEWARI, J.(ORAL) Short affidavit of Inder Singh, Commandant 55 Battalion CRPF-respondent No.5 has been filed and the same is taken on record. As per the affidavit necessary relief has been granted to the petitioner and the petition has been rendered infructuous. Learned counsel for the petitioner has pointed out that though the respondents have agreed that they would consider the claim of the petitioner for promotion from the date his junior was promoted yet no time frame has been given within which this claim will be considered.

Learned counsel for the respondents states that the claim of the petition will be considered within two months from today. Petition disposed of.
