(ORAL) The present first petition has been filed under Section 438 of the Cr.P.C. seeking anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.0075 dated 10.08.2022, registered under Sections 22 and 61 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985, (Sections 29 and 61 of the NDPS Act were added later on), at Police Station Verka, District Amritsar. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that pursuant to the interim order dated 05.07.2023, the petitioner has joined the investigation. Learned State counsel, being instructed by ASI Kuldeep, submits that the petitioner has joined the investigation and is not required for further investigation.

In view of the above, the present petition is allowed. Interim order dated 05.07.2023, passed by this Court, is made absolute.
