1. Whether Reporters of Local papers may be allowed to see the judgment?

2. To be referred to the Reporters or not?

3. Whether the judgment should be reported in the Digest? --- Surya Kant, J . (Oral) The petitioner has, while invoking Section 24(2) of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013, made vague and evasive averments with regard to "retention of possession" and "non-receipt of compensation" for his acquired land. At the same time, he relies upon a letter dated 05.08.2014 sent by the District Town Planner to the Senior Town Planner, Hisar Circle, Hisar, recommending the release of land measuring 02 kanal 11 marla where four rooms are stated to have been constructed. It appears that no final decision pursuant to those recommendations has been taken by the Competent Authority.
