The present revision petition has been filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India for setting aside the order dated 17.05.2022 whereby warrants of possession were issued in the execution proceedings pending before the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division) Tarn Taran. 2.

As per the E-Courts website, District Court Tarn Taran, the main execution petition itself stands dismissed as withdrawn vide order dated 30.11.2022 and hence the present revision petition has since been rendered infructuous.
