**** RAMESHWAR SINGH MALIK J. (ORAL) Since the instant writ petition is directed against only a show cause notice dated 27.6.2016 (Annexure P-2), it would not be maintainable as such. It is a matter of record that petitioner has already filed her detailed reply to the show cause notice. It goes without saying that competent authority shall take into consideration all the factual as well as legal issues raised in the reply filed by the petitioner, before passing any order thereon. However, keeping in view the facts and circumstances of the present case, it is ordered that if the competent authority passes an order against the petitioner, removing her from the post of Sarpanch, said removal order shall remain in abeyance for a period of two weeks, so as to enable the petitioner to challenge the same before appropriate forum, in accordance with law.

With the abovesaid observations made and directions issued, present writ petition stands disposed of.
