Be that as it may, it is claimed that the petitioners are not aware of acquisition of their property or the compensation amount as well as damages to which they are entitled to. A part-payment is claimed to have been offered to them. All these factual issues have been raised by the petitioners in their legal notice dated 19.07.2013 (P-4). We, therefore, instead of going into the realm of factual issues, dispose of this writ petition with a direction to respondent Nos.2 & 3 to verify the correct facts as contained in the above-stated legal notice and decide the same by way of a reasoned order, within a period of four months Mohinder Kumar Kamboj 2016.08.16 14:45 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document Chandigarh
