The petitioner through instant petition under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India is seeking direction to respondents to examine her and issue disability certificate as applied vide application dated 29.04.2026.

The petitioner is claiming that she is disabled to the extent of 60% and falls within definition of 'person with disability' as per Rights of Persons with Disabilities Act, 2016. The respondent has not issued her requisite certificate.

Learned State Counsel submits that petitioner has been called for medical examination. She would be examined by a Board of Doctors and requisite certificate in accordance with law would be issued. DEEPAK BISSYAN 2026.05.13 17:15 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment
