ANIL KSHETARPAL, J(Oral) The petitioners pray for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus to direct the Competent Authority, Land Acquisition nominated under the National Highways Act, 1956, to pay them the compensation as per the award dated 22.04.2022.

Sh. Harsh Vardhan, Assistant Advocate General, Haryana, appears for the Competent Authority pursuant to the advance copy of the writ petition and on instructions from Sh. Vinod Kumar, DRO, Ambala, submits that there is a dispute with regard to the apportionment. If that be so, let the petitioner avail the remedy under Section 3H(4) of the National Highways Act, 1956.

With all these observations, the present petition is disposed of. All the pending miscellaneous applications, if any, are also disposed of.
