   **** HARNARESH SINGH GILL, J.(Oral) The petitioners have filed this petition under Section 439 of Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail in case bearing FIR No.76 dated 09.08.2020, registered under Sections 22 and 29 of the NDPS Act, at Police Station Lakho Ke Behram, District Ferozepur. At the outset, it has been pointed out by the learned State counsel that out of 11 prosecution witnesses, 9 have already been examined and the trial is at its fag end.

Learned counsel for the petitioners does not dispute the aforesaid fact.

I have heard the learned counsel for the parties and gone through the order dated 24.03.2023 passed by a Coordinate Bench of this Court, vide which the earlier bail petition filed by the petitioners was dismissed.
