(Oral) The prayer in this writ petition filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, is for quashing the award of tender in favour of respondent No.4 despite the petitioner being the highest bidder. 2.

After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for the petitioner states that liberty be granted to the petitioner to file a detailed and comprehensive representation to respondent No.3 within a period of one week.
