The learned counsel for the petitioners fairly submits that, a misconceived motion was filed before the National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, whereas, the impugned order(s) drawn by the District Disputes Redressal Forum and State Disputes Redressal Commission ought to have been challenged by filing second appeal, as provided by Section 51 of the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. Therefore, he seeks leave to withdraw the present writ petition, however, with liberty to approach the National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission by instituting an apt motion under the apt provisions of law. 2.

Leave granted.

Consequently, the present writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn, however, with liberty (supra). Moreover, in case, the petitioners file an apt motion, along with an application for condonation DEVINDER YADAV 2025.05.30 13:26 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment
