Gupta, Advocate for the petitioners. ***** KIRTI SINGH, J.(Oral) This petition has been filed for seeking direction to the official respondents to protect the life and liberty of the petitioners and further to direct the respondent No.3 not to harass and call the petitioners to the Police Station again and again and not to raid the house of the petitioners. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners would be satisfied if a time bound direction is given to the competent authority (respondent No.2) to look into the matter and their representation (Annexure P-2) is decided in a time bound manner. 3.

Mr. Prabhdeep Singh Bhandari, AAG, Punjab, who is present in Court, accepts notice for the official respondents. Counsel for the petitioners is directed to supply a copy of complete paper book to the counsel appearing for the State during the course of the day.
