Learned counsel for the parties are ad idem that the issue raised in the present petition(s) is already subjudice before the Supreme Court of India in SLP (Criminal) No. 6430 of 2020. 3.
Learned counsel for the parties contend that since all the issues have been already raised in the aforesaid SLP, hence, the issue raised in the present petition(s) would also be a multiplicity of litigation for the same cause.

Accordingly, present petition(s) stand disposed of as not pressed at this stage with liberty to the parties to proceed their matter/case in the SLP pending before Hon'ble the Supreme Court of India.

Liberty is also granted to the parties to seek revival of the present petition in case any of the aspect or grievance is not redressed/addressed before the Hon'ble the Supreme Court of India. 6.
