The grievance of the petitioner-Bank in this Writ Petition is that application under Section 14 of the SARFAESI Act, 2002 filed by it on 26.04.2022 for taking the physical possession of the subject asset has not been disposed of by the respondent No.1 till date. The petitioner-Bank seeks direction to the respondent No.1 to decide the same in a time bound manner.

Notice of motion.

Mr. S.S. Pannu, Deputy Advocate General, Haryana accepts notice on behalf of respondent No.1, and states that respondent No.1 shall dispose of the aforementioned application filed by the petitioner-Bank as early as possible.
