**** Sukhvinder Kaur, J.(Oral) Present petition has been filed under Section 482 BNSS, 2023 for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.41 dated 26.04.2025 under Section 15 NDPS Act, 1985 registered at Police Station Khanauri District Sangrur.

Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Raghbir Singh, has apprised the Court that in compliance of order dated 10.06.2025 passed by this Court, the petitioner has joined the investigation and his further investigation is not required.

In view of the aforesaid submission made by learned State counsel, the instant petition is allowed and the relief, as extended to the petitioner by this Court vide order dated 10.06.2025, is hereby made absolute. 4.
