That the petitioner had made false, malicious and frivolous allegations against the deponent and present petition deserves to be dismissed in the interest of fairness and justice. This claim by the petitioner that the undersigned is real cousin of respondent no. 7 (Vivek Gupta) is totally mischievous and far away from the truth. It is submitted that there is no direct relationship between the undersigned and either respondent no. 6 or 7. The undersigned has asked her father about these individuals (Respondents no. 6 & OF INDI 7) and he informed that the deponent's father's grandfather wasmarried in Kaithal and various people claim to be connected to our family, it being  MONIKA 2022.09.07 09:00 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
