RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J. (ORAL) Matter has been taken up through video conferencing via Webex facility in the light of the Pandemic Covid-19 situation and as per instructions.

The prayer in the present petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is for issuance of direction to respondent Nos.2 to 4 to decide the enquiry of the petitioner and protect her life and liberty at the hands of respondent Nos.5 to 9.

Issue notice of motion.

On the asking of the Court, Mr.M.S.Nagra, Assistant Advocate General, Punjab, accepts notice on behalf of the official respondents. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner would be satisfied if her representation, dated 17.08.2021, Annexure P-7, is decided expeditiously.
