H. S. Madaan, J. (Oral) CM 4537-C-2019 This is an application moved by applicant-appellant for permission to withdraw the appeal for the reason that both the parties have compromised the matter vide written compromise dated 8.9.2018, copy of which is Annexure A-4, and the said compromise has since been acted upon.

Learned counsel appearing for the respondent admits the factum of the parties having compromised the matter stating that he has no objection if the prayer made by the appellant is allowed. Accordingly, the application is accepted.
