The petitioner, who claims to be a juvenile, has approached this Court seeking grant of anticipatory bail in respect of a case registered vide FIR No.30 dated 24.6.2022, Police Station Ghuman Kalan, District Gurdaspur, under Sections 326, 325, 324, 323, 148 and 149 of Indian Penal Code. 2.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that apart from the fact that the petitioner has been falsely implicated, he happens to be a juvenile. 3.
Notice of motion.

At this stage, Mr. Sidakmeet Singh Sandhu, AAG, Punjab, upon whom an advance copy of petition had already been served accepts notice on behalf of the respondent-State.

Learned State counsel submits that in case the petitioner is a juvenile and is ever detained by the police in connection with FIR No.30 dated 24.6.2022, the provisions of Section 12 of The Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Act, 2015 shall be complied with in letter and spirit. 6.
In view of the aforestated position, the instant petition stands disposed off accordingly.
