CWP No.12691 of 2017 At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that juniors to the petitioner have been promoted and the case of the petitioner was sent for consideration but no action has been taken. The petitioner has also served a legal notice (Annexure P-6) upon the respondents on 18.12.2016 but still no action has been taken. Learned counsel also submits that the petitioner would be satisfied in case, directions are issued by this Court to the respondents to consider the legal notice (Annexure P-6).
