At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner has informed us that petitioner has got admission in general category in Punjab Engineering College, Sector 12, Chandigarh. He intends to pursue his studies there. He further submits that petitioner may be allowed to rake up the question of law involved in this petition, if required for admission in some course. We need not pass any order in this regard as petitioner always has that liberty. He has also prayed that respondent no. 2 be directed to refund the fees deposited by petitioner. We dispose off this prayer with the direction that in case petitioner files a representation to respondent no. 2 within a week, it shall take a decision thereon within a week thereafter.
