(Oral) The counsel for the petitioner made prayer that the so called inquiry conducted by the authorities has been done while ignoring the documents Annexure P-4 to P-6 which were produced by the petitioner. The counsel for the petitioner further submits that directions be give to respondent No.2 to reconsider complaint Annexure P-1 in the light documents Annexures P-4 to P-6, which are part of the said complaint and earlier ignored by the Inquiry Officer.

( 2 ) CRM-M-33669-2022 On the asking of the Court, Ms. Samina Dhir, DAG, accepts notice on behalf of State of Punjab and submits she is having no instructions in the present case but having no objection in case any such direction as asserted by the counsel for the petitioner is given. In the light of the above, the petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2 to reconsider the representation (Annexure P-1) filed by petitioner in the light of documents Annexure P-4 to P-6, which are part of the said complaint and to decide the matter afresh in accordance with law within a period of 2 months of the receipt of certified copy of the order.
