In this writ petition filed under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner has prayed for issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari for setting aside the order dated 06.09.2016 (Annexure P-7) passed by respondent No.5 under the Prevention of Money Laundering Act, 2002 on the basis of which respondent No.3 has barred further sale/transfer of property of the petitioner, vide order dated 07.11.2016 (Annexure P-6).
