**** RAJ MOHAN SINGH, J.(Oral) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that challenge in this writ petition is qua the order vide which respondent No.4 was regularized. Subsequent thereto order of de-regularization was passed by the competent authority on 27.05.2019 and, therefore, this writ petition has become infructuous. Petition, if any, filed by respondent No.4 against the order of de-regularization is an independent cause of action and the same has no bearing on the present writ petition. Dismissed as having rendered infructuous.
