KRISHNA MURARI, C.J. (ORAL) The issue raised in this petition is identical to one raised in CWP No. 2470 of 2007 (Chandigarh Petro Foam (P) Ltd. And others v. Punjab Small Industries & Export Corporation and another) and other connected petitions. Vide order dated 07.10.2010, while admitting the petition it was ordered to be heard along with CWP No. 2470 of 2007. From a perusal of the records we found that CWP No. 2470 of 2007 alongwith connected matters have been disposed of vide judgment and order dated 26.09.2013, the operative portion whereof reads as under:- "12.

In view of the above, the writ petitions are allowed, impugned demand notices are set aside and it is held that the PRASHANT KAPOOR 2019.03.20 16:25 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document

CWP-6247-2010 respondents cannot claim the deferred interest @ `79.65 per sq.yd. as on 28.02.2003 from the petitioners in view of the award dated 02.02.2000 passed by the reference court." In view of above, this petition is also stands disposed of in the same terms, as judgment dated 26.09.2013, passed in CWP No. 2470 of 2007 (supra).
