(Oral) Petitioner has preferred this writ petition seeking quashing of notice dated 11.08.2015, Annexure P-2, issued by Deputy Commissioner, Yamuna Nagar, vide which inquiry has been instituted against the petitioner for obtaining service on the basis of OBC certificate. After considering plea of the parties and considering the instructions which have been placed on record in connected matter i.e. CWP-12135-2015, notice dated 11.08.2015, Annexure P-2, is hereby set aside and the matter is remitted back to the same authority for a decision afresh.
