(Oral) After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave of the Court for withdrawal of the present writ petition with liberty to challenge the impugned order dated 17.05.2013 (Annexure P-17/1) by taking the alternative remedy under the provisions of Punjab Cooperative Societies Act provided that the period spent in this Court may be condoned.

The aforesaid prayer made by Mr.Birinder Singh, Advocate is fair, honest and justified.
