The petitioner claims that against cancellation of auction of SCO No.54, Sector 29, Gurugram, which was held on 16.02.2006, he has filed an appeal before the Administrator, HUDA, Gurugram, but the said appeal has not been decided till date.

[2] Without expressing any views with regard to maintainability of any appeal, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the Administrator, HUDA to ascertain the facts with regard to the above mentioned claim of the petitioner and if such an appeal was maintainable or it is still pending consideration, let the same be decided by way of a reasoned order within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order.
