JUSTICE GURVINDER SINGH GILL Present:- Mr. Nitin Mittoo, Advocate for the petitioner. ***** GURVINDER SINGH GILL, J.(Oral) This is the 2nd petition filed on behalf of the petitioner seeking grant of anticipatory bail in respect of a case registered vide FIR No.21 dated 21.02.2021 at Police Station Sadar, Hoshiarpur, District Hoshiarpur under Sections 323, 324, 341, 34 of Indian Penal Code wherein offence under Section 326 of IPC was added later on. The first petition for grant of anticipatory bail having been dismissed as withdrawn. Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court finds that it is the petitioner to whom the grievous injury is attributed with the help of a 'datar'. Under these circumstances, no special case for grant of anticipatory bail is made out. The instant petition, as such, is dismissed.
